Your First Visit

From the moment you pull in the parking lot, you’ll notice lots of friendly faces eager to show you the way. Your first stop when you arrive is the first-time check in area. We want to serve you and your child well, so we’ll take some time to get to know you. We’ll ask about allergies, make sure we know what your child likes to be called, and collect your contact information. Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during the gathering, we will text you with the number you provided. This sticker is also what you’ll use to pick-up your child after gathering.

While you are in church or Sunday School, your child will experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. They will learn about Jesus, participate in fun activities and usually enjoy a small snack. Your child will experience more fun than they could ever imagine.

Other Opportunities for Your Family

Wednesday Evenings (August - May) Our kids ministry on Wednesday is the place to be. Your child will experience a fun environment to learn the Bible and hang with friends. We have dedicated Children's ministry for birth - 5th grade on Wednesday evening in the fall and spring. Wednesday Night Kids starts at 6:00pm and ends at 7:15pm.

Family Nights. Throughout the year, our Kid's Ministry hosts opportunities for families to  hang out together in fun environments (Nerf War, Movie Nights, Bowling Outings and more.) These are great events for you to invite others from our community to experience the First Alma family.
